My Background
Personal Profile
I'm not generic; blah, blah, blah. I am self-driven, self-inspired and a focused, energized self-initiator. An intense, creative thinker who moves the ball up-court. I'm like a utility back on a football team; I can run, I can catch, I can quarterback, I can tackle. In short, I'm five people in 1. I refer to myself as an avid, intense Generalist. My interests and passions are myriad. I am a creative, successful sales and marketing professional. I firmly believe in language and the moral concept of opportunity. I ask salespeople to look beyond themselves - to see what is not readily apparent. To know that they are powerful players in the business world. But they must THINK, proceed willfully and possess imagination. Unfortunately, many cannot see beyond themselves, their products or their generic company personas.

Background
I am a Vietnam veteran and proud member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). During my military service, I served as a Rescue and Recovery Squadron crew chief on HC-130P aircraft, supporting demanding missions that required precision, discipline, and teamwork—values that have guided my professional career ever since.
Following my military service, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts in 1978 and pursued advanced studies in Technical Writing at Northeastern University.
I began my career as a Sales Engineer with a high-speed packaging machinery manufacturer. That role provided an early foundation in technical selling, strategic problem solving, and working across all levels of an organization—from CEOs and plant managers to the skilled professionals on the factory floor. Within a year, I was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager with responsibility for both national and international markets.
My career then expanded into noise control and vibration isolation engineering, where I worked on demanding applications ranging from industrial cooling systems to nuclear submarine programs.
Since 2000, I have specialized in linear motion technology, including precision shafting, bearings, and engineered linear slide systems. Over the past two decades, I have supported and engineered solutions for leading companies across multiple industries, including Chobani, SpaceX, Jaguar, and other advanced manufacturing organizations.
My career has been defined by solving complex mechanical challenges, developing strong customer relationships, and helping manufacturers bring reliable engineered systems to life.
